The brief

Plan, lead and manage the removal and legacy works carrying out all aspects of project management & construction management to bring about the successful commercial closure of the project on behalf of the main contractor.

The challenge

The facility had to be removed within a highly regulated and complex sequence of works under the oversight of no less than 3 separate principal contractors. Ensuring commercial success for the main contractor required astute leadership and commercial negotiation.

The result

The facility was dismantled ahead of schedule, under budget and with zero accidents over a fast-tracked eight-week programme.
