FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola
On a tour spanning more than 92,000 miles, Coca-Cola and FIFA took the iconic FIFA World Cup Trophy on its longest journey to date in 2014. At multiple locations throughout the UK temporary structures were required to house the trophy and provide an environment for people to see it in controlled conditions.
"...we couldn’t recommend their work more highly in ensuring a project is delivered to the highest standard, on budget and on time"
“WNY have first class events production knowledge, expertise and delivery capabilities. Their attention to detail and articulation of the tasks in hand are second to none. They are a delight to work with and we couldn’t recommend their work more highly in ensuring a project is delivered to the highest standard, on budget and on time.”
Deliver two temporary pavilions on a turnkey design & build basis to provide a fitting environment for the public to experience the FIFA World Cup Trophy up close.
From initial brief through to completion we had less than 60 days to design, fabricate and simultaneously construct two identical showcasing pavilions. The brief required an extremely high quality of look & feel whilst ensuring minimal environmental impact through the use of modular components wherever possible. These competing imperatives were successfully reconciled through using a high quality rental structural system and fabricating a completely new façade and roof along with the bespoke fit out and AV systems.
The twin structures were delivered on schedule and on budget in high footfall metropolitan areas contributing to the biggest participatory PR campaign ever done in the Sports sector.
